My son has been a patient on Vaughan Thomas wardthe staff are outstanding clearly well led by Matron and have been caring and kind towards my son and I throughout this admission, they have been honest and open with me regarding the challenges of caring for my son and particularly in finding the right accommodation for him
I will always value the care this team have provided and their commitment to my sons needs, all the staff are amazing, the friends and family group where I met Carol Hazel and Paul has been such a great support this team have provided the best care possible and our experiences this admission has been so positive

They stick you on medication when you don't need it
There not enough staff
No one knows what staff are doing
There is no privacy on the war anywhere
There should be a locked room where people can talk in private

Majority of staff very good
Food excellent
Lack of communication between night and day staff
Lack of staff at times to deal with patients want to go out for escorted leave - this courses frustration and elevated emotions
Particularly franklin and aneta very compassionate, kind caring and professional at all times - a credit to your department. Excellent

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Could do with some more activities, for example playing badminton. The food is not very pleasant.
